Founded by Charles Butt in 2017, the organization partners with public school districts over a five-year training program that focuses on leadership development with tailored approaches based on individual district needs and goals.&nbsp; The Campus on Lake Austin was completed in 2021 and is a state-of-the-art 44-acre campus that includes indoor and outdoor meeting spaces; event spaces; guest and hotel lodging; fitness center; social hub; and learning dock – all seamlessly integrated within the native landscape and overlooking the Colorado River. The Campus on Lake Austin was envisioned not just as the headquarters for training programs, but also for the purpose of providing an exceptional and high-quality retreat for public educators and and appreciation for the arts, Studio Gang’s design for the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts (formerly Arkansas Arts Center) transforms the premier cultural institution into a signature civic asset. As part of the design team, Page/Dyal was contracted to provide naming, branding, and environemental graphic design services for the institution. As part of the brand positioning strategy, our team proposed returning to the historic institution name, which was carved on the original 1937 building façade but had been replaced by “Arts Center” in years past. Our team created a robust, scalable brand identity that pays homage to the new building with the use of a subtle angled stroke. The campus signage is bold, yet elegant, utilizing bright white metal and minimal type that respects its surroundings. The project is situated along bustling Airport Boulevard and neighbors the ACC Highland campus. Page/Dyal provided a full-range of services for the project while collaborating closely with the Page interiors team, allowing us to seamlessly develop and implement a consistent aesthetic and brand story across many touchpoints. Our scope of work included project naming and brand identity development; design of signage, wayfinding and specialty graphics; and design of print and marketing collateral. The name FiveTwo references the project’s zip code, 78752, and proudly stakes claim in the neighborhood that is on its way to become an Austin hotspot and staple. units). Built in 1997 and once owned by Jerry Jones, Riata is well known to Austin natives. Despite its household name, the property had became irrelevant in today's market and did not offer a unique position. Page/Dyal was engaged to provide amenity concepts and signage. After only a few months, our scope expanded to architecture, interiors, consultant management, branding, and marketing. Collaborating closely with all design disciplines, we established design goals that included: create a highly connected community that has an abundance of amenities and outdoor experiences; deliver on the promise of resort-style living; create spaces that promote health and wellness; and facilitate hospitality-focused service. The refreshed brand and positioning has been rolled out with great success, and the community has begun initial phases of facility, amenities, trails and signage and graphics upgrades. Working alongside Page’s architecture team, our scope included exterior monument signage, the PGA Hall of Fame, and interior room identification.&nbsp; The building is situated on a golf course and features sightlines of the green that create a soothing, focused atmosphere. Set to begin construction in 2022, Mirabel will be the newest addition to the Miracle Mile and the only high-rise residential tower in the neighborhood.“Mirabel is a derivative of both the past and the future. The rich heritage of the city of Los Angeles in the early 20th century Art Deco period is a central characteristic of this part of the city. Not only the decorative motifs that created the initial phase of the Art Deco period, but the streamline moderne aspect of the latter 1920’s and 30’s are prevalent as well as being immediately adjacent to this tower in the Wilshire Beauty Building. Accordingly, this design navigates a modern 21st century approach to this heritage while at the same time attempts to define a pattern of living in a high rise for the users of this century.
